Ingredients:
Laminaria contains iodine (2.7-3.0%) in the form of iodides and organic iodine compounds, high molecular weight polysaccharides (laminarin (up to 21%), mannitol (up to 21%), algin), alginic acid , ascorbic acid, vitamins B1, B2, B12, D, macro- and microelements (K, Ca, Fe, Na, Li, Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn).

Usage:
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of sea kale powder is taken internally with water before 11:00 AM or at night before going to bed. The reception period is 15-30 days.
