Ingredients:
The composition of lemon balm leaves is rich in citral, citronellal, myrcene, geraniol and essential oil with a strong lemon smell (up to 0.33%), as well as tannins, carotene, mucus, resin, ascorbic, caffeic, oleanol, ursolic acids, mineral salts and sugars.
Usage:
200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water is poured over a tablespoon of raw material, brewed for 15 minutes, cooled to room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered. It is taken 3-4 times a day, 1/4 glass each time after meals. It is taken 15 minutes before meals to improve digestion. The infusion can be stored in a cool place for up to 2 days.
