Ingredients:
Chamomile flowers are rich in flavonoids (apigenin), 0.2-0.8% essential oil (composed of chama zulene,
sesquiterpenes, cadinene, farnesene, matricin, matricarin), salicylic acid, carotenoids, mucus, bitter substances,
resins and other biologically active substances.

Usage:
200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water is poured over one tablespoon of raw material, brewed in a boiling
water bath for 20 minutes, cooled, filtered and used as directed. 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil is added
to the infusion for enema.
