Ingredients:

Usage:
200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water is poured over a tablespoon of raw material, brewed for 20 minutes in a boiling water bath, cooled, and filtered. The obtained infusion is taken during the day in a warm form. The infusion can be stored in a cool place for up to 2 days.
