Method of obtaining the oil: Cold pressing
Milk Thistle oil contains linoleic (omega-6) polyunsaturated fatty acid (63-64%), oleic (omega-9) 20-22%, palmitic 7-8%, stearic 3-5%, arachidonic acids 1-2%, E, D, K and B group vitamins, macro- and microelements (Mg, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Zn, Se, Cr, Cu, etc.), flavolignans (silybin, silydianin, silicristin, neohydrocarpine), flavonoid quercetin.
Usage:
Oil is taken 30 minutes before meals, 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day. The minimum period of taking the oil is 1-2 months.
In the preparation of various porridges, salads, sauces and other dishes, the oil of the milk thistle seed can be used without being subjected to thermal processing.
When used as a cosmetic agent, the oil of the milk thistle seed can be mixed with olive, almond, apricot, peach and grape seed oil.
Storage: It should be stored in a dry and dark place, at a temperature not higher than 25°C.
The storage period is 2 years.
The product is natural, may precipitate.
