Ingredients:
Lavender flowers contain up to 5% essential oil (the main component of which is linalylacetate (up to 50%), geranyl, cineol, borneol, geraniol, limonene, cedrin, phenol, pinene, linalool, lavandulol oils), as well as flavonoids, coumarins, acids (valerian and caprone), triterpene compounds (ursolic acid), up to 12% of tannins, bitter substances.
Usage:
400 ml (2 glasses) of boiling water is poured over three teaspoons of raw material, brewed in a boiling water bath for 45 minutes, cooled to room temperature, filtered. It is taken 3-4 times a day, 1/2 glass each time. The infusion can be stored in a cool place for up to 2 days.
