Oak Bark tea
Ingredients: Oak bark.
Indications: It is used as an antibacterial gargle for sore throat, as a vasoconstrictory and anti-inflammatory agent in oral cavity and gingival diseases (stomatitis, gingivitis, parodontitis). It is also used orally and rectally for diarrhea and dysbiosis, vaginally for vaginosis and vaginal candidiasis. It can be applied topically and via bathing water for dermatological diseases.
How to use: brew 2 filter bags in 200 ml (1 glass) water for 15 minutes, let it cool, drink it 2-3 times a day before meals or gargle 2-3 times a day after meals. If it is used rectally or in bathing water, it should be used once a day and the amount of water and filter bags should be increased.
