Ingredients:
Spotted milk thistle seeds contain flavonoids and flavonolignans (silymarin, silybin, silycristin, silydianin), alkaloids, saponins, fatty oils (up to 25%), proteins, vitamin K, resins, mucus, tyramine, histamine, as well as macro- and microelements (manganese, copper, zinc, chromium, selenium, iodine, boron).

Usage:
0.5 liters of boiling water is poured over two tablespoons of raw material, boiled in a water bath until half of the water remains, filtered. It is taken in 1/3 glass 1 hour after meals 3 times a day. The reception period is 1-2 months. Also, the seeds can be ground into powder and taken 4-5 times a day, 1 teaspoon each time, 20 minutes before meals.
