Ingredients:
Ginseng root contains biologically active substances (panaxin, panaquilon, ginzenin), linoleic, oleic, stearic, palmitic acids, essential oils, vitamins, mucilage, starch (20%), grafting substances, pectin substances (23%), resins, macronutrients, etc.
Usage:
Ginseng root is used in 2 forms:
Form 1: pour 200 ml (a glass) of boiled cold fresh water on 40 grams (a box) of whole ginseng root, filter the water in the container after 3-4 hours, crush the roots, add 500 ml of 40% alcohol. Stored in a dark place for 3 weeks. It is taken once a day, 10-15 ml (a tablespoon) each time, 30 minutes before meals. It is not recommended to drink water during reception period. The acceptance period is 60 days.
Form 2: 20 grams of ginseng root is crushed, 200 ml (1 glass) of boiled cold water is poured over it, boiled until 100 ml of liquid remains in the container. It is taken once a day, a tablespoon each time, 30 minutes before meals.
