Ingredients:
Nettle leaves contain carotenoids (β-carotene, violaxanthin, xanthophyll, xanthophyll-epoxide), vitamins C, K, B1, B2, tannins, chlorophyll, urticin glycoside, flavonoids (quercetin, isorhamnetin, kaempferol), organic acids (sour, formic, fumar), phenolic acids (coffee, gall), macro- and microelements.

Usage:
100 ml (1/2 glass) of boiling water is poured over a tablespoon of raw material, brewed in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled, filtered.
It is prescribed internally 3-5 times a day, a tablespoon each time, externally in the form of baths and soaking. A decoction for hair is prepared at the ratio of 5 tablespoons to 0.5 liters of water, and the hair is rinsed after washing.
