Ingredients:
Coltsfoot leaf is rich in mucilage substances, saponins, inulin, bitter glycoside tussilaginis, tannins, ascorbic acid, carotenoids (up to 5%), gallic, malic and tartaric acids, sitosterol, dextrins, essential oil and flavonoids.

Usage:
200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water is poured over a tablespoon of raw material, brewed for 15 minutes, cooled for 45 minutes, filtered. It is taken 2-3 times a day, 1/3 glass each time, an hour before meals.
