Ingredients:
Bilberry sprout 4 parts
Bean pods 4 parts
Aralia root 3 parts
Rose hip fruit 3 parts
Horsetail herb 2 parts
St. John`s wort herb 2 parts
Chamomile flower 2 parts

Usage:
200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water is poured over a tablespoon of raw material, brewed in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled to room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered. It is taken 2-3 times a day, 1/3-1/2 glass each time, 30 minutes before meals. It is taken for a month with a break for 2 weeks, after a break the reception is repeated.
