Fitooil Olive Oil

Method of obtaining the oil: Cold pressing.
Unrefined olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (Omega-9, Omega-6, Omega-3, palmitic acid), polyphenols, squalene, sterols, tocopherols, vitamins E and K, small amounts of Fe, Ni and Cr.

Advantages of unrefined olive oil:
During the refining process, olive oil loses 90-95% of its unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and other useful substances. Although refined olive oil has a longer shelf life, it has very few beneficial properties for the body. Unlike refined oil, unrefined olive oil is fully absorbed by the body.

It is suitable for making salads and cold snacks. Meals prepared with olive oil are easily digested. As olive oil is rich in vitamin E, it strengthens hair and nails. It is easily absorbed by the skin, moisturizing it without clogging the skin pores. Olive oil can be used to prepare various masks for cosmetic purposes, to enrich the composition of creams.

Instructions for use:
It is taken 1 tablespoon 1-2 times a day 30 minutes before meals. It can also be applied to the skin and massaged 1-2 times a day.

Storage conditions:
The oil should be stored at a temperature not higher than 25°C, with the lid closed, out of the reach of children. It can be used within 1 month after opening.
The storage period is 2 years.
The product is natural, may precipitate.
