Fitooil Pumpkin Seed Oil

Method of obtaining: Unrefined oil obtained from pumpkin seeds by cold pressing.
Color and aroma: dark green, greenish-brown, reddish-brown in color and with a pleasant specific aroma.
Pumpkin oil is rich in linolenic (Omega-3), linoleic (Omega-6) 30-48%, palmitic 6-15%, stearic 6-7.5%, oleic (Omega-9) 18-47%, arachinic 0.8% fatty acids, vitamins A, E, F, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, C, P, K, more than 50 macro- and microelements, phytosterols, phospholipids and flavonoids.

Usage:
From 6-7 months, the number of drops corresponds to the child’s month;
1-4 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 2 times a day;
4-7 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 3 times a day;
7-12 years: 2 teaspoons (10 ml) 3 times a day;
Over 12 years and adults: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 3 times a day before meals.
It is not recommended to take with cold water. Adding lemon juice to pumpkin oil makes it easier to drink. The intake period is 1 month.
Long-term intake may result in diarrhea and indigestion.
Oil intake is not recommended for people with gallstone disease, stomach and duodenal ulcers

Storage conditions:
It should be stored in a dry and dark place, at a temperature not higher than 25°C.
The storage period is 2 years.
The product is natural, may precipitate.

Release form:
100 ml, in a dark-colored glass bottle, in a cardboard packaging with an insert.
