Method of obtaining:
Unrefined oil obtained from the seeds of Sareptus mustard (Brassica juncea) by cold pressing.

Fitooil Mustard seed oil is rich in linoleic acid (Omega-3), oleic acid (Omega-9), eicosanoic acid, erucic acid, E, A, D, K, P, B group vitamins, phytosterols, mustard essential oil.

Usage:
Internally: It is taken 2-3 times a day, 1 teaspoon each time before or after meals. Mustard oil is also used in the preparation of salads and cold snacks.
Externally: It is applied to the damaged areas of the skin 2 times a day.
It is also used to enrich the composition of creams, cosmetics, cosmetic masks, including hair masks. It can be applied as a massage oil for muscle pain and cellulite.

Storage:
The oil should be stored at a temperature not higher than 25°C, with the lid closed, out of the reach of children. It can be used within 1 month after opening.
The storage period is 2 years.
