Composition: Hibiscus flower.

Usage: 200 ml (1 glass) boiling water is poured over 1-2 teabags, brewed for 3-5 minutes. It is taken warm or cool 2-3 times a day, 1 glass each time. Honey or sugar can be added for good taste.

It is not recommended to brew for more than 15 minutes, especially in a metal teapot.
