Indications for use: The Chia seeds grow in the stomach for several times than its previous volume in a few minutes after entering on an empty stomach, inflates in the stomach and occupies the stomach volume, and weakens appetite. Chia seeds have more omega-3 than flax seeds and some fishes. Each 60 grams contains about 10 grams of Omega-3, a substance called Tryptophan in composition, which is an amino acid that gives the feeling of satiety. Chia seeds increase the good cholesterol (HDL) and reduce the bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides.
How to use: 1 or 2 teaspoons of coconut mixture can be mixed in 1 bowl of yoghurt, salads or whole dishes 3 times a day 30 minutes before meal. Drinking 1 or 2 glasses of water after using this mixture causes this mixture to become more swollen in the stomach.
